The mission is to find Pensacola’s best hamburger based on one criterion: TASTE.

Founded in 2008, the PBT has become Pensacola’s foremost authority on hamburgers.

Each week they arrive unannounced at a Pensacola restaurant based on YOUR recommendation.  Their stamp of approval has become the coveted mark of excellence for local eateries.

The Panel consists of nine red-blooded heterosexual American men from all different walks of life.
